It’s a broad term used to describe any dental work that improves the appearance of someone’s teeth. This includes procedures like dental implants, dentures, direct bonding, bridges, braces, aligners, crowns, veneers, tooth colored fillings, and teeth whitening.

Orthodontics are more commonly referred to as “braces,” but this can be misleading, as the science of orthodontics is actually quite precise. At Dorion & Associates, there are various orthodontic options available to straighten your teeth, ranging from conventional braces (with wires and brackets) to invisible braces (clear orthodontic aligners).
Dental implants are the next best thing to your original teeth! They look, feel, and function just like natural teeth – but with one big advantage: they're permanent. Unlike dentures or dental bridges, which rely on neighboring teeth for support, dental implants are anchored directly into your jawbone. That means they won't slip or move around like other replacements can, so you'll enjoy a confident smile that lasts a lifetime.
Unlike other dental treatments, Direct Bonding offers a quick and easy solution for teeth that are chipped, cracked, or stained. The bonding material is applied directly to the tooth, so you can enjoy a beautiful smile without waiting weeks or months for results.
Implants vs Dentures? You may be wondering what the difference is. Implants are secured in your jawbone while dentures are removable. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages, but let's talk about which one is right for you? Here at our practice, we also offer implant-secured dentures to help improve your oral health and the aesthetics of your smile. With implant-secured dentures, you can enjoy all the benefits of having a secure and stable denture without having to worry about it slipping or coming loose. Plus, they look natural and feel great!
If you're looking for a dental crown that closely resembles natural tooth enamel, then porcelain is the way to go. Porcelain crowns are extremely strong and resilient, making them ideal for restoring the form and function of a damaged tooth. And because they can be custom-designed, porcelain crowns can also offer a more esthetically pleasing appearance than your natural tooth.
Porcelain veneers may be the perfect solution for improving your smile. Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain that are bonded to the front of your teeth, and they can be used to correct a variety of dental problems, including crooked teeth, stained teeth, and gapped teeth.
Dental bonding is most commonly used to fix chipped teeth. If you have a chip in the back of your mouth, your dentist may recommend a dental crown. For chips in the smile zone, porcelain veneers are a good option. So don't stress over that chipped tooth.
Dentures have been around for years and are a tried and true method for tooth replacement. However, they come with their own set of issues. For example, dentures can be uncomfortable and inconvenient. They can also cause gum irritation and can make it difficult to eat certain foods. Despite all of these potential problems, dentures can be a great option for those who are missing teeth. They are relatively affordable and can help you to regain your confidence. If you are considering dentures, be sure to talk to your dentist about all of the potential problems that could occur.
What's the best way to replace a missing tooth? With implants or bridges? Well, that all depends on your specific situation. Bridges are a great option if you have healthy teeth on either side of the missing tooth space. Implants are a better choice if you don't have any healthy teeth left to support a bridge. If you're looking for a cost-effective treatment option, dental implants may be the way to go. Compared to bridges, implants can be more affordable in the long run and provide better value for your money.
Porcelain fixed bridges are made to seamlessly fit in with your existing teeth, filling in the gaps and creating a strong, beautiful smile. The porcelain used is incredibly strong and durable, while also looking just like natural tooth enamel. You’ll love the way your new smile looks and feels!
Teeth whitening is one of the most popular cosmetic dental procedures available today, and it's an incredibly effective way to brighten your smile. Unlike other cosmetic treatments that can be costly and time-consuming, tooth whitening is relatively affordable and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
Tooth colored fillings are the perfect way to replace tooth structure lost to decay. Dentists are now using more tooth-like materials that are both safe and predictable - and the most important feature for many people is that the cavity filling looks and reacts more like natural teeth.

For several years I have been seen by Dr. Dorian and Dr. Waters for my periodontal cleanings. Recently I was seen by John Tomasheski, having been told by consulting dentists that I was ineligible for any permanent solutions for my loosening and missing teeth due to severe bone loss. "Dr. Tom" listened to me and presented an innovative, permanent solution that addressed my major concerns without resorting to extractions and dentures. He described the procedures for splinting and bonding my lower incisors and creating a cosmetic Maryland bridge to fill in the gaping hole in my smile. In a matter of two hours the work was done and I was smiling the broadest smile I have had in years. I may get a small one tooth denture next year to improve chewing surfaces, but am thrilled with the results from these two procedures. Dr. Tomasheski is a great listener, a masterful dentist, a good teacher and a fine artist!
This is by far the best practice that I have ever gone to. The office is beautiful and calming. They use the latest technology. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I feel that I am in great hands. They treat patients with such respect and kindness. I am so glad to be their patient and I wholeheartedly recommend Dorion and Associates.
Dr. Dorian and his staff are so easy to work with, especially with a complicated and challenging issue of replacing four front teeth that had been pulled over 20 years ago. No longer do I have to worry about partials or the embarrassment of noticeably missing teeth. From start to finish I am very pleased with the result.
